1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been purchased or delivered — even if unopened. Please make sure to confirm your order before finalizing.

2. Order Cancellation (Before Delivery Only)

If you have made a bank transfer and need to cancel your order, you may request a refund only if the cancellation is made before the product has been dispatched. Once the delivery process has started, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

3. Product Quality Assurance

We ensure that all products are in perfect condition before dispatch. In most cases, we provide video proof showing the item’s functionality and condition. Once confirmed and sent, we are not responsible for any claims of damage or dissatisfaction.

4. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for reasons such as ordering the wrong item. Please check product details carefully before confirming your purchase.
